These terms govern your use of AglaCareer. They are written in plain language — because seedha baat means we say what we mean, including in the fine print.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AglaCareer (aglacareer.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Continued use after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. What AglaCareer Is (and Is Not)

AglaCareer is a free career information platform. We publish research-backed guides on career paths, government exams, salary ranges, and recommended courses for Indian graduation students.

AglaCareer is not:

A recruitment agency or job placement service
A professional career counselling service
An official source for government exam notifications — always refer to the official exam body for authoritative information

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Course "Enroll" buttons and links on stream pages are affiliate links. When you click one and subsequently purchase a course, AglaCareer earns a commission (typically 5–8%) from the platform — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is identical to visiting the platform directly.

Affiliate commissions are how AglaCareer sustains itself while keeping all career guidance permanently free. This arrangement does not influence which courses we feature — we select courses based on learner reviews, syllabus relevance, and platform credibility, not commission rates.

We have affiliate relationships with: Coursera, Udemy, upGrad, Simplilearn, and Unacademy. Links to free resources (YouTube, NPTEL) are never affiliate links.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

AI is used on this platform

Some content on AglaCareer — including career quiz recommendations and portions of career guide text — is generated or assisted by AI. All AI-generated content is reviewed by our team before publication. Career quiz summaries are generated in real time for each user.

AI-generated career recommendations are a useful starting point, not a definitive assessment. They should not replace a conversation with a qualified career counsellor, particularly for students with complex situations (health conditions, family constraints, financial limitations, etc.).

5. Content Accuracy & Limitations

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date. Salary figures are sourced from AmbitionBox, Glassdoor, and Naukri and are intended to reflect 2025–26 market conditions in India. Government exam details are cross-checked against official notifications.

Important: Salary figures, age limits, and exam eligibility criteria on this site are indicative only. They change with each notification cycle. Always verify details from the official exam notification or employer source before making decisions.

AglaCareer makes no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on this site.

6. User Accounts

You may use most of AglaCareer without creating an account. An account lets you save career roadmaps, receive exam notifications, and track your progress. If you create an account:

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password.
You must provide accurate registration information.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the platform, or engage in spamming.

7. Intellectual Property

You may share links to our content freely. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce full pages, republish career guides wholesale, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

AglaCareer links to external sites including official government exam portals, course platforms, and salary databases. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Clicking through to a third-party site is entirely at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

AglaCareer is a free information service. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your qualifications, effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances. We cannot guarantee any employment, admission, or income outcome based on our guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AGDevLab's total liability for any claim arising from your use of AglaCareer is limited to the amount you paid us — which, since the service is free, is ₹0. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes — especially those affecting your rights — we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of AglaCareer after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of AglaCareer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
