About AglaCareer
Free, honest career guidance for Indian graduation students — especially those from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who deserve better than generic advice.
Why we built AglaCareer
Every year, millions of Indian students finish their BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, or diploma and immediately ask the same question: "Ab kya karoon?"
Take a B.Com student from Gwalior — decent marks, no connections in the city, parents asking "beta, aage kya?" Her college placement cell had one offer: a back-office data-entry job at ₹12,000/month. What she didn't know was that she also qualified for SSC CGL (Tax Assistant, ₹35,000/month), or that fintech startups were hiring junior accountants at ₹3–4L/year. AglaCareer was built so she can see all of that — clearly, honestly, for free.
Most career portals give you the same thin list — "you can be a teacher, banker, or software engineer." AglaCareer gives you the deep, honest answer: what the job actually looks like day-to-day, what the realistic salary is in India (not US numbers), which government exams you qualify for, and exactly what skills and courses you need to get there.
What we cover
Our promise
AglaCareer will always be free — seedha baat, koi paywall nahi (straight talk, no paywalls). We earn through course affiliate commissions and (eventually) advertising — never by gating the content students need.
Built by AGDevLab
AglaCareer is a product of AGDevLab — a small independent studio with one mission: build tools that give Indian students a sahi rasta (right direction) early. The name "Agla" means next in Hindi — because the most important career question is always what comes next. That's the question we refuse to leave unanswered.
